Honoring Educators Who Help Students Bloom

The DCH BLOOM Award recognizes exceptional educators within the DCH Health System Adopt-A-School partner program who inspire, encourage, and empower students every day. Through innovative teaching, compassionate leadership, and unwavering commitment to education, these educators help students bloom both academically and personally.

The award honors teachers who exemplify the qualities represented by BLOOM

B – Belief Believes in the potential of every student.

L – Leadership Leads by example and positively influences others.

O – Optimism Creates an encouraging and uplifting learning environment.

O – Outreach Builds meaningful connections with students, families, and the community.

M – Mentorship Guides, supports, and inspires students to achieve their fullest potential.

By recognizing these extraordinary educators, DCH Health System celebrates the important role teachers play in building stronger schools, healthier communities, and brighter futures.

Eligibility

Nominees must be educators within a DCH Health System Adopt-A-School partner.
