Our Community-Based Lab Testing to Improve Patient Health

DCH Laboratory Services offers a wide range of tests to help physicians diagnose and manage patient conditions. Tests must be ordered by a physician. The two most requested tests are for blood samples and urine samples. Depending on the type of test your physician orders, tests may need to be performed at a specific time of day and/or require diet restrictions.

We offer a comprehensive test menu and rapid turnaround times. Our testing sites and Patient Service Centers are subject to the standards required by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) and maintain current CLIA licenses and the required State of Alabama licenses. The Laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission (TJC).

Our staff of certified medical technologists and medical laboratory technicians, along with a supportive team of caring and highly trained employees, performs more than 2.7 million billable procedures annually and processes more than 4,500 specimens per day. Sophisticated equipment and state-of-the-art technology are utilized to ensure quality and timely patient testing.

DCH Laboratory Services is dedicated to ensuring excellence in customer service for our patients and clients.
