DCH's two neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) are directed by physician
specialists and staffed by experienced nurses. Our NICU staff care for
approximately 500 premature babies each year from our 11-county service
area in West Alabama.
The Finn & Quinley Infant and Children’s Fund
Founded in memory of premature infants Finn and Quinley McInerney, this
fund has been able to provide specialized equipment, education and services
to our neonatal intensive care (NICU), maternal/child and pediatrics units.
