Pharmacy Residency Program

Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency

DCH Regional Medical Center offers an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency program based in hospital and ambulatory care practice settings. During this 12-month training program, residents develop advanced skills as a pharmacotherapy specialist while enhancing their teaching, writing and research abilities.

Postgraduate Year Two (PGY2) Pharmacy Residency

DCH Regional Medical Center offers an ASHP candidate status PGY2 Critical Care Residency program. During this 12-month training program, residents develop advanced skills as a pharmacotherapy specialist in our critical care areas and emergency department while enhancing their teaching, writing, research and leadership skills. Residents also have the opportunity to obtain a Teaching and Learning Certificate through Samford University.
