Review Process

The Research Oversight Committee will convene on the 3rd Monday of every month to review submitted research applications with all required uploaded documents.

Research applications received prior to the monthly submission deadline will be added to the upcoming Research Oversight Committee agenda for review.

• The monthly deadline is seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled monthly meeting.
• Research Oversight Committee reserves the right to modify or amend scheduled submission and review dates based on organizational needs (including holidays).
