We're excited announce our latest BEE Award winner, Donna Gann! Here is her nomination:
My husband has mobility issues, and I must have a transport chair to get him to his doctors’ appointments in the Tower. What makes Donna so very special is she doesn’t wait for me to ask her for assistance. She greets me with a smile and is always ready to help me get my husband to his appointment while I go park my car. This is not a one-time incident. She has provided this caring service every time over the past two years. Donna exemplifies quality customer service and sets a wonderful example for others to follow. Donna provides excellent customer service every day. Her caring approach is sent from heaven!
Donna deserves a raise for all that she does in welcoming people and making their visit to DCH a smoother experience. Thank you.
BEE stands for Being Exceptional Everyday. This award recognizes extraordinary service from our non-nursing staff. Any employee from any department (except RNs) can be nominated for the BEE Award. RNs are recognized for exceptional service with The DAISY Award.
BEE Award nominations will be accepted from patients, patients’ family members, physicians, DCH employees and volunteers. If you’ve experienced or witnessed extraordinary service from a DCH team member, then nominate that person for the BEE Award.
