I had to bring my 3-week-old baby into the ER by myself while recovering from an emergency c-section along with all the other postpartum feelings. Justin entered the room and his calm and compassionate demeanor assured me that we were in good and capable hands. We eventually needed to stick my sweet girl to get bloodwork and IV started. The first stick was unsuccessful and I wasn’t sure if I could endure another attempt. Justin went and found a colleague that assured me that he’d only stick if he found a promising vein and it was a swift process. Justin communicated well. He was compassionate. He made our stay on a Friday night as best as it could be under the circumstances. Justin you are walking in your calling. You’re anointed to do this work. I know you’ll continue to impact many more families.
