Our Bariatric Surgery Support Group is open to pre- and post-operative patients and features presentations on the nutritional, medical and psychological/behavioral aspects of bariatric surgery. Patients share stories and provide valuable information. Pre-operative patients can gain insight on life after surgery. Post-operative patients can learn tips and tricks from other patients. We strongly encourage you to attend one of our support group meetings.
Cindy Huggins, a registered dietitian and diabetes educator with the DCH Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center will discuss tips for meal planning and prepping.
