Are you a nurse who likes variety in your work environment while earning premium pay? If so then the new DCH float pool might be the right option for you. Five divisions of float pool RN positions are available based on your area of competency:
- Acute Care
- Critical Care
- Emergency Department
- Maternal Child (at both RMC and NMC)
- North Harbor (behavioral health)
RNs competent to work in more than one division will have the opportunity to earn an additional premium.
Float Pool – MedSurg/Acute Care:
Float Pool – Maternal Child
Float Pool – Psychiatric Health
Float Pool – Critical Care/ICU
Float Pool – Emergency Department
