DCH Regional Medical Center

DCH Regional Medical Center offers a wide range of general and specialty surgical services.

  • Neurological (brain and spinal) procedures, including microsurgery

  • Thoracic (chest) procedures include bypass surgery, grafts, angioplasty and valve replacement.

  • Orthopedic procedures such as individual joint replacement.

  • Obstetric and Gynelogical procedures

  • Ear, Nose & Throat proceudres

  • Plastic Surgery procedures

  • Colorectal procedures

  • General surgery procedures, including gastric bypass and banding procedures.

  • Urological procedures include surgery of the urinary tract in both men and women. These also include surgeries of the genital tract in men, such prostate cancer surgery with the daVinci Surgical System..

    • Outpatient Surgical Services
    Outpatient surgical procedures are for patients who require surgery, but do not require a lengthy hospital stay. Patients may have to stay overnight following surgery, but usually do not have to stay longer.

    DCH Same Day Surgery offers minimally invasive laparoscopic, endoscopic and robotic procedures that reduce hospital stays, decrease post surgery pain and lead to a faster recovery for patients. Below are some of the minimally invasive procedures we offer.

    DCH Same Day Surgery is located in the Phelps Outpatient Center on the campus of DCH Regional Medical Center. The department's hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
