Service Awards	Service Pins are awarded for every 5 years of service.
Excellence Awards	The DCH Excellence Award is given quarterly to two employees who exemplify the highest standards of excellence in job performance and commitment.
Remembrance Service	Memorial service is held each year to honor employees, retirees, volunteers and physicians who have passed away during the previous year.
