Parking token dispensers make life easier for DCH Regional Medical Center visitors
Leaving the parking decks at DCH Regional Medical Center will be easier with the addition of two parking token dispensers.
The dispensers will allow visitors to insert credit cards, debit cards or bills (up to $20) and receive a token that will get them out of the either parking deck at DCH Regional Medical Center. Visitors who pay with bills will receive change in bills.
DCH Regional Medical Center has two parking decks, one south of its main lobby and one west of the Phelps Outpatient Center and the DCH Medical Tower. Token dispensers will be located in the Regional Medical Center’s main lobby and in the atrium of the Phelps Outpatient Center.
Visitors pay a $2 parking fee as they exit the deck. The fee must be paid in quarters, $1 bills or tokens.
"We hope tokens will be more convenient, especially for visitors who don’t carry cash or don’t have exact change," said Emily Avery, who manages parking for the Regional Medical Center.
