First "Just For You Day" Held at Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center

Manderson Cancer Center patients were invited to drop by and enjoy musical entertainment and visit with vendors from several DCH departments and local businesses.
Local vendors, including Fitness One, Walgreens and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute participated in the event held to celebrate cancer survivors. Other activities included manicures, massages and hairstyling. The University of Alabama Million Dollar pep band, cheerleaders, athletes and Big Al and Shelton State Community College cheerleaders also were on hand during the day. Another Just For You day will be held next year.
